Ordering

We do offer some of our pieces in custom materials and finishes. For more info please take a look at our customization page.

We do offer custom sizes of our rings, plugs and bracelets. For most items the custom size is available in the drop-down menu on the product page itself. If you are not able to find the custom size option on a desired item, please use our custom item request form and one of our designers will get back to you.

Payments

We do not currently accept bitcoins, but it is something we are working on. Until we get a bitcoin gateway up and running, please use one of our other payment methods, such as our Stripe card-gateway or PayPal.

It’s super simple. You just type in the coupon code on your cart page in the field labeled “Coupon code” and press “Apply coupon”. The coupon will automatically deduct itself from your cart. Only one coupon can be used for each purchase.

We do not accept cash bills atm. We urge you to use one of our other payment methods, such as our Stripe card-gateway or Paypal.

Our checkout system is secure and solid, so it should give you an idea of why your payment won’t go through.

If you experience issues while trying to use our secure Stripe card-gateway, please make sure the following information is correct:

  • Shipping address
  • Postal code (Zip code)
  • CVV number

If some of these are wrong, the banks automatic fraud prevention might be blocking your payment. If all information is correct and you are still not able to process the payment, give your bank a call, they might be blocking the payment for some reason. If for some reason you are not able to determine the error, you may use Paypal instead.

Shipping

If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, we are still processing your order. To see the status on your order you can login to our website with the email you used to place the order.

As some items are made-to-order it can take up to 2 weeks before the items are shipped out. If you have any questions regarding specific items, please don’t hesitate to contact our support.

Each country has it’s own customs and import laws and we are not able to circumvent these. This means that customs might be applied to your order. Any charges that occur will be on your account.

We have production facilities in EU and US which allows is to produce most items locally. This means that most orders placed within EU and the US will not cross any borders where customs will be applied. For some specific items which we are not able to produce in one territory, we might have to ship overseas. This might result in custom fees. For information about possible custom fees on a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact our support.

We are continuously expanding our network of decentralized manufactures to other geographic territories.

You can see the status of your order under “My Account”. If the status is “Processing”, we are still preparing your item. If the status of the order is “completed”, this means that your order has been shipped out. If you have chosen a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number on your email which enables you to track your order. If you have not chosen a tracked service, please be patient as the Postal service in some countries can take their time.

Yes! We have worldwide shipping. As long as you have an address, we can get stuff to you.

Exchanges and returns

If you have purchased a standard size and it doesn’t fit you can exchange it for another standard size. You will have to pay for shipping charges yourself. So even though you can exchange the ring size we recommend that you try and get it right the first time 🙂
