Delivery and shipping
Many of our products are made-to-order, which means they are made when we receive your order. For most items the production time is 1-2 weeks. This means that our regular estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the order is received + shipping. Cost and estimated shipping times for individual shipping types can be found below.
We offer 3 types of shipping
- Free shipping on all orders above 50$/50€. Delivery time is 4-15 business days, depending on destination.
- Regular shipping through the postal system at 5€. Delivery time is 4-15 business days, depending on destination.
- Tracked shipping through parcel provider at 10-15€. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
We have worldwide shipping, including the free shipping option.
For tracked shipping we use different parcel providers, depending on the final location. Even though we strive to have decentralized production i.e. production in each country to keep jobs local, we currently only have production in EU and US. For countries outside these regions import tax might be applied if the tracked shipping is chosen.

Returns and warranties
- We have a 30 days return policy which starts from you receive your order. Please inform us through our support e-mail in case you would like to return/exchange an item.
- We accept all returns/exchanges except for custom made items including custom sizes.
- Returned items should be “As New”.
- Unless you received damaged items, the shipping cost for returns is your responsibility.
- Our warranty covers items that break due to structural defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover misuse of the items, like damages or patina caused by exposure to corrosive environments. For some items a natural patina can be expected and this is not covered by the warranty.
